What does CRM stand for?

Can you specify what CRM stands for, as you may or may not be aware, CRM can stand for Customer Relationship Management, Conflict Resolution Manager, Content Rights Management, and more ( wikipedia has a list of about 14 different uses of CRM under the information technology heading.) I'm guessing this module isn't an api for all of them. If the project page were to spell out Customer Relationship Management, this might make it easier to distinguish exactly what this api is supposed to do.
