A sandbox site with og
workflow and og_workflow

If installing og_example module
The module
"Entity reference prepopulate"
Is required.

If that module is enabled together with og_workflow_access I get out of memory on my sandbox site when trying to edit pages.

Can you try the patch in #1827420: infinite recursion caused by og_workflow_user_roles_for_node() when using og_workflow_access and see if this solves your problem? I think these may be related but I'm not sure.
