Do you have to create the menu manually or should a block appear in admin upon installation?

No help here? no help in the readme file? No help on example web site, i.e. exactly what did this module contribute to the site?

I can find a configure settings for the module, but no inkling as to how to see the effect of my configuration.

Frustrated? yes, there are simply too many modules that require a half day to discover where they went after install.
