Does this module work with the address field module? This is a popular module used for storing addresses (it is also part of commerce.)

I could find no reference to address field on the homepage nor in the issue queue. So I assume it isn't supported. Are there plan to include this support?
I know many users of commerce are waiting for this functionality.

try field_validation_postal_code_validator in field validation(http://drupal.org/project/field_validation ) module. it fix solve this issue.
