Other Top Stories list under a top story teaser

I am working on a news portal with the front page constructed with views and panels modules. Everything is looking pretty good, Drupal is amazing!

The problem is I can't find a clue how to put a teaser of one top news story at the top and right below it a list view with the other stories from the same category (top news) excluding the first one.

I'd appreciate if anyone could shed some light on this issue.
