Building a Website | drupal.org

I want to know, if there is a Distribution to build a website like commerce but without payment system, I want to give permission to add to users their own products. And customizable "add product" page that i can force to give some information boxes.
Is there a Distribution? or what are the best modules to build this kind of a page?

You could use the drupal

You could use the drupal commerce kickstart dstribution. http://drupal.org/project/commerce_kickstart
Commerce is a full featured shopping cart solution. It is however very configurable and you can only use the parts you want.
