I created a watermark and cofigured the module. I uploaded one with the middle selection where to watermark the photos. Works as expected.

Any other selection - especially the one I want bottom left .. the watermark is missing. I just tried quite a few different settings and have yet to see it appear in any other selection than middle.

Did you use the same pic every time? If yes, check if this is an caching issue!

Yes, it was the same image each time.. I just uploaded one, changed the combo, uploaded another.

I will try changing the filename..

I'm pretty sure it's just your browser showing you an cached image.
