is it possible to make users give negative points ?

Hi,
here is a patch for adding the negative vote.follow this instructions:
1)appy the patch for module and css file.
2)rename the drupal_it.png to druapl_it_voted.png
3)upload the new drupal_it.png to the modules dir.
4)run update.php on your server.
thats it.at this moment it does not support ajax as i dont know much abt css and javascript.if someone can do it that would be nice.
