Line 139 of fb_example.module there's a node_load() that builds a $node object that is never used, unless you uncomment line 146.

Can we make this clearer? the node_load() should probably be commented out with an explanation of how it could be used.

Yeah, clearly I was using at one point, but no longer.
I just commented it out of my local copy, so will check that in eventually. Please provide a patch if you want to take a stab at documenting it.
