Not sure how to classifiy. Basically, my primary links will not appear in the Drupal HEAD I downloaded from CVS 3 days ago.

Please provide more information, such as themes you are useing etc.
Note that as of 4.5 these links are part of theme.

jpwillms: Are you sure you did not configure your theme to nod use them? Happened to me...
