Can we have a del.icio.us links page to view all links? We could retrieve links using the update API to check for new links. Also, can we control who can see the links?

Sounds good to me. Couple things:

* My (drupal) cvs account is broken, so this is a patch against an older version, as I haven't been able to commit current ones.
* Will be implementing a cache (magpie) for calls to del.icio.us in next revision.

I've applied your patch by hand and committed it to my repository, will send direct mail with links.
