A client is looking to integrate their web conferencing into the web site. They don't need audio; they just want an interactive visual (one person on a main computer clicking through Powerpoint tiles, for example) and a place to chat. How have people done this on Drupal in the past? I've been considering just embedding a Zoho meeting into a page, but that doesn't quite seem like the right thing to be doing. Any recommendations?

It's been nearly 4 years since the OP asked this question. Can we now assume that it is not and will not be possible to use Drupal if the website requires a Webinar functionality?

doesn't seem even a remotely valid conclusion given it's based one old thread, lol. Besides, most webinar type apps make it a point of being able to integrate with any site-- it's not a drupal specific thing. See drupaldojo.com for example.

I don't typically dig up gems like these, but I think it's high time we tried to answer this question again.

What modules are currently available to handle this? I've searched around D.org for a while and found pretty much zip, and more people asking the same question.

What 3rd party applications/services are available to handle this?

The only thing close that I have found is Big Blue Button. I haven't tested it yet, but hopefully I can get it to work on Drupal 7.

Try using flash verison of R-HUB web conferencing servers and let me know if this what you were looking for.
