i am using Adv Cache and also the regular performance stuff like Anonymous caching and CSS caching..block cache also..

can i use this module with those..will there be some clash ?

also will this considerably speed things ?

will it affect data display ..means will it show stale content..and if so to whom ?

i am using Drupal 5.1
