Need a basic way to upload and stream audio files, should live in a separate project. This is a reminder that I need to create that project.

this means we need a feature that adds a filefield to tracks. initially that should be plenty to get us started.

It only adds an audio field to tracks atm, but I also want to include SM2 with it to enable streaming.
