Add helpdes module

I have installed Drupal 5.2 version on my machine.
I am trying to add "helpdesk" model in it.
I have downloaded it from site, unzip it and copy in modules folder.
But in website in administration - > modules section, it is not getting listed.
What do I need to do?

check the version
i think Drupal 5.2 didn't have any helpdesk module so far , you need to check what modules version you are downloading , before you download it.

helpdesk is not a Drupal 5.x module.
