i am upgrade site to version 3 but site not load.
i am try replace to files to sub theme.

You can't simply move from 2.x to 3.x, they are too different from each other.
Running sites should stay with 2.x as all non-breaking improvements are back-ported as much as my available time permits.
There might be an upgrade path in the future but not before 3.x is ready for production use.
I'll add a note about this to the project page, and update here if there is any change.
