I have added radio button and summary in content type first time when values submitted then it goes to the database but while edit the node radio button and summary values become disappeared.but, values against node was present in database.For reference i am sending screenshot.

What custom code do you have? Do you set the #default_value on the hook implementation to alter the form?

i do not have an custom code of radio button and summary this all field made from cck module so, kindly suggest where i should check.
