Cron not run successfully

When I run cron by manually it will redirect to http://76.162.177.22/mediacenter/press/subscription this url.
and cron will not run successfully. In my status report, cron show the status 'Cron maintenance tasks Last run 10 months 1 day ago' . I tried by deleting all cache table data and run cron but not get success. Please suggest me how to resolve this issue.
