First attempt. Although there seems to be an issue with stormnote where it isn't listed as a content type. Not sure if this is a result of my patch or it's because the body field wasn't added or maybe just because it never was a content type?

Also, I looked at the d6 version and as a result I added some exposed filters for the columns shown in the view, i think that makes sense.

Slightly amended patch - puts the sorting into click sortable table headers rather than exposing it above the table.

Also changes to use the storm note permission.
