Automatic alias allways ON

Hi:

I've trying the last beta3 version and I've seen that when you uncheck the new "automatic alias" checkbox and submit the node all goes right, but if you reedit the node, the checkbox appears ON now...
If you don't look at it and remember to uncheck it any time you edit a node you will lost your manual alias when you click the submit button.
