collapsible form goes up on its own after click...

Oh I see what it is..... I am using muchomenu... it contracts automatically and somehow I can't or don't know how to interchange the settings....
could anyone help?

I got it..... silly me.... I created a user control panel that if a user is not logged in they see a drop down log in menu.... then I utilized the user login block to be implemented with a drop down effect ( i needed both for user friendliness ) if this is enabled at the same time the drop down is enabled it makes the drop down go up on its own...
