Net Genius is a small UK company providing Drupal-based application and module design and development, plus related support and consultancy. Established in 2004, we have specialised in Drupal since 2007, and have developed solutions for Drupal versions 5, 6 and 7.

Application development and consultancy
We are fundamentally software developers, not a graphic design or media company. We do offer full-site development, working with partner companies and individuals, but our strength is in analysing application requirements for businesses and providing Drupal-based solutions, usually as a combination of off-the-shelf modules and custom development.
Project management, support and maintenance
We take customer service and ongoing support very seriously. For that reason we have invested time in establishing our case tracking system at support.netgenius.co.uk to provide logging and tracking of issues arising during development plus ongoing support and maintenance. This ensures that issues and the time spent on them are properly tracked and managed - nothing gets forgotten about. Clients can see summary and detail reports of exactly how time was spent.
Integrated Language Services
As one of very few providers having both technical and language expertise in-house, we are able to deliver integrated solutions combining development and language services. We have our own language services operation - wordsinside.com, providing language consulting, authoring and translation. As a "bilingual company" ourselves, we understand multi-language needs and complications, and have experience with RTL (right-to-left) issues.

Drupal contributions
We have contributed various Drupal modules to the community - http://drupal.org/project/user/216383 - mostly related to multi-language Drupal sites, and aim to provide proper documentation plus active support and maintenance for them. They tend to be a bit specialist and so have hundreds rather than thousands of users. One or two of them date back to the D5 days. You will also see written contributions from us on groups.drupal.org, api.drupal.org and so on - though we do try to keep quiet unless we have something worth saying!
