Initial commit. Doesn't do it all, but it's actually pretty close to usable.
Does Now: Themes based on taxonomy term for all checkout pages and the authorize.net payment gateway.
Still to do: Do based on the other options in taxonomy_theme (vocab, all, node type)
Not in my budget right now: Other payment gateways though I'd welcome patches.
