I am using Drupal 5.2 for my new site which is totally community driven so I would have little or no control over the content. However I have defined categories.
I wont be starting with adsense to support ad revenues but i am looking at the way to use affiliate links based on categories.
Like if someone post under Category: Books, I want to show them a Text or image ad to barnes and noble etc. I hope you guys got the idea. Now this ad can be set as standard across all categories or only specific category.
Is there any module to do this? or we can write PHP code and insert this next to content. I want this to be a part of the content left or right aligned. This should look similar to adsense ads inside post.
Anyone?
