Once i upload e-comerce alfha5 , and i try to go to admin this message appears

e-Commerce v4 requires PHP5.2 or the PHP_Compat package from PEAR

Well my hosting provider assures me i have php 5,2,4 , but in my status report it seems 4,4,7 any idea?

I can not install ecomerce module

i have drupal 5,2 working i have php 5,2,4

But when i upload the module by ftp my web dissapears , no error message, just blank page , no posibility to go to the main page, neither admin neither any other
