Please add link on Belarussian Drupal community to drupal.org/support

There is new national site http://drupal.by, belongs to Belarussian Drupal community. Please add link "drupal.by - Беларуская" to drupal.org/support page, where are listed other national communities. All questions about this site you may send to webmaster@drupal.by. I'm not owner of this site, just write here because owner of drupal.by asked me about it. But as owner of other national community - drupal.ru, I confirmed, drupal.by really devoted to Drupal in Belarus. Content of site writen in Russian language (because Russian also spreadly used in Belarus), but they want to translate interface to native Belarussian. Thanks a lot from Belarussian Drupal users :)
