look at the theme
in the theme you can add the html code. it depends on what theme (engine) you are using.

I use the interlaced module with the standard engine
...but I have also installed the other engine which is needed for spreadfirefox.com theme. Does the theme take the right engine automaticly? then aktually the normal engine is used because of "interlaced" theme. Where in the theme can I put the code?

if you want to get the credits / money be sure to use your *own* google id! Dont copy this code blindfoldfed unless you are aware that the other party will be paid for clickthroughs from ads hosted on your site.
the code on the page listed above is as an example also available at the google adsese site, including a javascript tool to change the colors, the channel and the size. --

Bertb thanks! I know adsense well and worked with it since google offers it. The bug was that I choosed a white colour for default ads in google configuration. google needed a little time to scan the site i think... now it works but I will have the bar in center - not left to the side...
