How do I do this? Does Zen theme do this automatically? From what I have read it is suppose to because of the new responsive design. But when I look at my site from my iphone it is a mess. Can someone give me some advice?

Spasebar, try aggragating CSS and JS in admin/config/development/performance. That seems to work.
