Hi,
I upgraded my site from 4.6 to 5.2. Everything seems to work except that I am unable to send email for registration to a simplenews newsletter. The logs say the message is sent but I never receive it. I checked and it isn't sent to my spam folder.
I tried it on my test setup (on my laptop) and email is sent correctly. I uploaded the site from my laptop to my ISP's domain so the setup is very similar. The only difference is that I use PHP5 and my ISP uses PHP4.
I tried sending a test newsletter and I received it correctly, so it doesn't seem to be an issue with email overall but only with the registration process.
Has anyone seen this before? Do you have a solution?
Thanks,
L

Yes I am using Drupal 5.2 on PHP 4.4.7. Let me change the title if I can.

Anyone? Any idea where to look to figure it out?

I don't have access to PHP 4.4.7 to see if that is where the problem lies. I have access to 4.4.4 and 5.2.4 both of which work perfectly well.
another way to diagnose would be to set up a subdomain on the same server the problem installation resides on and use a fresh installation to see if problem is persistent.
