Octopus Update Killed - Help!

I recently successfully installed B.O.A on a fresh clean install. I updated B. and O. and when Octopus updated it error'ed out and then knocked the Octopus server and the couple of test sites I had on the server off line. The Barracuda master is still online.

I ran the update in debug mode and here are the error lines. Any help would be appreciated. I have a back-up of the server pre-upgrade but I want to be able to upgrade for new platforms without issue. Lovin'' the B.O.A. world. I just want it to love me back ;).
