I found that there was a notice error on sources that did not have the unique flags. Here is a minor patch.

I'm trying to rework patch #1019688: Taxonomy mapper options: term name +tid, term name, tid, guid (avoids mapping error for Numeric taxonomy term, too), added some options via the new configuration api for mappers and got this warnings. The patch helps, thank you!
