Node page: Category Field can't be saved when choosing one from the dropdown.

After saving it throws an error on the Selection rules tab with

Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in ctools_entity_field_value_ctools_access_summary() (line 232 of /storage/web/hrhcaredev/public_html/sites/all/modules/ctools/plugins/access/entity_field_value.inc).

I assume it's because of not saving the category field properly since it doesn't show the TID.

Tested on latest stable and on -dev with latest stable ctools and latest stable -dev ctools.

This was weird, it seems the taxonomy overwrite was disabled when i activated the the default views mimicking the standard drupal, but for some reason i could still use this functionality.

Not sure if i should close it yet or not, imho it shouldn't let you be on that page anymore if you've overwritten panels taxonomy overwrite.
