Hello,
I've just clicked on one of the Taxonomy terms that is required for my biblio items and what came up was something that I didn't expect, and something that is very user-unfriendly.
Basically, ALL of the biblio's fileds were being displayed inside the teasers... Including the Full Text! You can imagine what it looked like given that most of my biblio items are quite lengthy articles and they mostly have the Full Text of 4000-18,000 words... and all that was being displayed inside the teasers.
Needless to say it broke the columns, etc. (I use tabular view, by the way)

rjerome commentedHmmm, indeed a problem.
Given that you are using the tabular view, what would you like to see in the tabular-teaser view?
Ron.
rjerome commentedI made some changes to the -dev version to address this problem. Now in the teaser view, the abstracts and full text fields are not listed, additionaly, I added the title and a horizontal line to separate them.

agharbeia commentedI guess that the abstract would be suitable to show in teasers.
An added control would be set the maximum number of characters/words to show, and maybe to make the <--break--> effective here two; just in case. If it isn'y asking too much :)
I'm using the module at ayyam.e-socialists.org.
Thank you

ktnk commentedAny chance of adding this fix to the next release?
I just updated to 1.15 and the full text shows in the teaser.
thanks,
ktnk.
rjerome commentedThat should be in the 1.15 version. Could you check the revision and date on the "admin/settings/biblio" page.
Ron.
ktnk commentedIt says:
Revision: 1.36.2.164 Date: 2008/03/20 21:15:39
I've created a teaser list view where I'm looking at bibloi nodes, and the full text is being displayed.
Ktnk.
rjerome commentedThat is indeed 1.15. I'll take a look and see what's going on.
