I found this module doesn't filter the language of i18n module, just like the problem described in 150090. Because i18n will be the build-in module in Drupal 6, could you consider to add the support for it ?

Yes, I will add support for it in the Drupal 6 version of Similar By Terms.

I do not have plans to add this feature to the D5 version, but if someone submits a patch, I will certainly consider it.
