Is it possible to add some information in the feed? i.e. a footer (maybe some copyright information) or a related nodes list (i.e. the output of Similar By Terms module)

Sorry, the FeedBurner module only helps redirect Drupal feeds to FeedBurner feeds. The module does not change any feed content itself. You may want to investigate your feed's options in your FeedBurner account to see what's available.
