It looks like, you missed out
dependencies[] = views
dependencies[] = libraries
in the info file.

Hey there I was wondering if it is possible to use this module to replace the schedule on this page http://tidelinewatertaxi.com/services#tab-1-3 (bottom of page). Currently we are uploading a png for the schedule, but this ultimately seems like a better solution. Is there functionality to change the days of the week to pickup/dropoff spots?

This issue contains multiple questions:

@OP, the project page metniosn http://www.polycliniqueborinage.org/rendez-vous as an (impressive) example.
#1, #2, see #1900192: Error 'undefined function libraries_get_path()' due to missing dependency on Libraries module for the dependencies problem.
#3, best practice is to have 1 subject per issue. You better open a separate issue.
#4, you link does not show the time table. this is one that does. You might also consider the Office Hours module
