Long overdue, a few pesky bugs have been squashed, including adding a new feature that is also sort of a bug fix.

• #1468204: Move settings page under the "Web services" category by willvincent: Move settings to 'Web Services' category in admin.
• #1259716: Display format "Link to item" is also showing images by willvincent: Remove thumbnail image when displaying amazon field with the 'Link to Product' field formatter.
  (This is also related to #1342392: Theming: Can't get own tpl to work with Display Suite)
• #1510816: Wrong SQL patterns in amazon_item_lookup_from_db by likin: Updated query syntax to use colon prefixed placeholders.
