I want to report an incompatibility of jQuery Update 7.x-2.2 with Admin module 7.x-2.0-beta3.
The whole Administration section from the Admin sidebar disappears when jQuery is enabled.

I am experiencing the exact same issue. Tried all versions of Jquery Update for Drupal 7. Please fix!

you need to use admin dev version, there is a small fix in js. but note that admin is abandoned(last commit over a year ago) so don't blame jquery_update.
