Wrong module file names

When I tried to install the current 7.x-1.x-dev release I get a julio_groups_ui module not found error (when system requeriments are checked). After search this file I saw that some file names looks like this: julio_groups_ui.module0000644 (not only this one)

After correct this issue, I get another error whith the entity module. I downloaded and copy the last release. The installation goes on until, again, a file not found error was produced (I don't remenber which one). Again an xxxx.module000xxx filename.

After search and correct all *.module filenames, the distribution is running ok.
