Virtual Classroom

I want to build project with Drupal 6 here is the project details.

1) The system will be having 3 roles:
• Instructor
• Student
• Admin
2) Admin
• Managing user accounts, course registration approval
3) Teacher
• Login, Create / Modify course details, set Quizzes, assign grades, online lectures with whiteboard functionality
4) Student
• Login, Register / Unregister for courses, take quizzes, online lectures , view lectures in offline mode
5) Online whiteboard functionality.

Please help me, which modules should I use for above listed functionality.

Is this self contained or need to integrate with some other student registry?

As a self contained thing, it really wouldn't be much of a problem.

As a University application integrating with other databases and scaling to thousands of users.... well you better be ready to hire someone because nothing really does that out of the box.

The whiteboard is a problem. Different teachers/courses will want different things. There are wb modules out h there but I have never used them.

minus the whiteboard, and you can do this pretty easily.
