I have tried everything and I am not hitting my head against a brick wall.

Uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, enabled and disabled ect ect ect.

Still have no settings to configure from Store/Configuration area.

Please help.

I also experienced this (after having disabled/uninstalled/removed the 7.x-1.0 version of the module, prior to installing/enabling 7.x-2.0-beta1). For me the problem was that the permission was not automatically set for my administrator role (even though it should, and it works for all other modules). Double check your permissions page for the "Shipping" section and make sure that you actually have permission for "Administer shipping methods and services" - hope this helps!

I cannot reproduce this.

Make sure you have cleared cache and the needed permission on the user you are logged in with.
