Image styles are not automatically added as dependencies of image fields that use them

As title says.

Steps to replicate:

1. Create a image style.
2. Create a image field.
3. Configure the image field to use the image style.
4. Start tracking the field with the dependencies enabled.
5. The field is being tracked but the image style is not.
