User login as admin view

I am new to drupal web design. And this is the first issue I've found that I have difficulty describing and thus finding a fix through this forum.
The issue: When logged in as an administrator I see the attached screen shot. When I make changes to the site I still see this as my "home" tab rather than the normal view. To see changes I have to log out of the site. Very annoying!
Any fix?
