Using node reference as CCK

Great module!, it works good!, just a question, im using node reference for city, country and state, it has herarquical select and i dont see on the xpath mapping, so i can add it to the XML PARSER, is there a way to work with node reference?, and other question, how can assing a node to an user in the xml?...because it creates the nodes as admin....
