Hide Slideshow images by default and show them on windows load before Slideshow initialization.

I've uploaded a slideshow button, which starts and stops the slideshow -- that's great. But that's true, in FF 1.5 nothing shows up where the resize button should be. In IE though a 'red cross' icon appears next to the 'close' button...
