Usability: Collapse content type settings

As mentioned on http://drupal.org/node/180432#comment-318667, the content type page for each type can be quite crowded, especially with contributed modules adding settings.

As a first step let's collapse the fieldsets. I left the first fieldset since it gives context to the page.
