hi im complete beginner and basiclaly designing my website through support, youtube videos, google and learning and playing around with drupal myself but have no idea how i can create a cool design for the front page and whole website.
basically we want either a simple website like http://www.a-england.co.uk/ or www.essie.com as we are opening a nail polish line.
any help would be appreciates even designers that would work with us too, we just cant afford high web design cost of like £3000 to £40000 was one quote as we are a small start up and dont wanna risk too much.
