Using Flex Slider 7.x-1.0-rc3 for a small lightweight (5) image slider and Geofield Map 7.x-1.1 to render a small map block on the same page with (4) Quicktabs breaks the slider, the map, and AJAX Quicktabs tab handling. Disabling both Flex Slider and Geofield Map blocks restores AJAX Quicktabs tab functionality, but disable only one or the other (Flex Slider | Geofield Map) and the conflict persists. There is also a FB Like Box on the page (the only other js on the page) but the Quicktabs AJAX tab functionality works when the Flex Slider | Geofield Map blocks are disabled, and the FB block is still enabled.

Sorry, spoke too soon. The conflict appears to be with the tab content[s] itself (and the poorly built rent-a-coder module rendering it). Will try to update further ASAP for posterity's sake.

Any luck with this? I have a similar problem with Panels Tabs and Flex Slider. I don't think it has anything to do with the sliders, rather the map not rendering properly on the hidden tab.

I think it is similar to this problem with Geolocation Field: http://drupal.org/node/1277888. There's a patch for that one that renders the map again when its tab is clicked but I don't know how I would make Geofield Map do the same thing :-|

I just switched from Geofield to Geolocation Field and without patching, the maps render fine in tabs now.
