Parsing Email adresses

Usally people can paste friends adresses from a mail. If they do so the adresses looks like this :
"name of the friend ".

When the user enter his mail adresses like this, he gets an error message. So he must remove the name before the adress for each one. But it is a pain. Sometimes a user can invite a list of 20 ou 30 friends like this.
It would be better if it was done automaticaly.
