On the requirements problem page (verify requirements) this notice is displayed above the the requirements "Notice: Undefined index: value in theme_status_report() (line 2572 of /var/www/cm_startkerkit_em/modules/system/system.admin.inc)."

This is an issue with CiviCRM's use of hook_requirements

Will track at http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-11220 and add patch to the .make until this is resolved on the CiviCRM side.
